As we enter the last few weeks of the year, Congress races to get a tax plan passed – Republicans’ last chance to have something to show from a policymaking standpoint in 2017.

As part of Highland’s 2018 outlook, we took a deep dive into some of the proposals being discussed within various versions of the tax plan and explored the potential effects on investments.
