Tradestreaming Money Conference and Awards to modernize the fintech discussion

Tradestreaming, the media brand covering how technology is disrupting finance, will hold its first industry wide conference and awards reception on November 14, 2016 in New York City. The Money Conference will bring together finance’s old guard and their fintech competitors for a day of discussions, networking and insights. The first annual Tradestreaming Awards will recognize the most cutting-edge and transformative technologies, companies and people in the finance industry today.

“Financial services finds itself at an interesting point in history,” says Zack Miller, editor-in-chief and founder of Tradestreaming. “Regulation is increasing and growth has stalled. Technology provides the way forward. The Money Conference will explore reigniting growth in the industry as incumbent financial institutions build, buy, and partner with fintech upstarts.”

The Tradestreaming Money Conference program will focus on how technology is disrupting and changing the finance industry. Digital executives from some of the world’s top financial institutions such as New York Life Insurance Company, Vanguard, U.S. Bank, Credit Suisse and many more will be speaking at the conference.

Taking place at the InterContinental Barclay Hotel in midtown Manhattan, the one-day conference will cover the hot topics on the minds of senior managers, marketers, early-stage investors, consultants and technologists in the global financial industry.

Attendees who purchase a ticket will be able to meet one-on-one with digital executives as part of Digiday Media’s signature 10-Minute Meetings program.

The winners of the Tradestreaming Awards will also be announced at a cocktail reception directly following the conference. Entries are open until October 21, 2016. The categories span lender, investing, payments and banking. This year’s jury panel includes investors, partners and principals from organizations including QED Investors, Thiel Capital, Resolution Capital and Deerpath Capital Management.
