It is a pleasure to share the fourth edition of Calvert’s Diversity Report, which continues Calvert’s examination of the diversity practices of the Standard & Poor’s 100 Index (S&P 100) and for the first time extends the analysis to the S&P 250. The ongoing development in corporations’ understanding of diversity practices, as well as a growing recognition that a diverse leadership team can have a positive impact on company performance, is evident in this year’s results.
